Nobody can accurately predict what’s in store for the 2013 real estate market but one thing is for sure, spring is still the best time to list your home for sale. As seen below in the Existing Home Sales Chart for 2011, the statistics show that after the season’s low point in January and February, there’s a quick and steady climb through spring to the season’s peak. Although the total number of existing homes sold per year has been declining since 2007, the month to month activity charts are practically identical.
